I wanted to take a moment to share part of my experience with Captured Moments Taxidermy and Rob Mcmillin.  Rob came highly recommended by a friend of mine. I have applied for several (15) years without success for a pronghorn antelope tag in Nevada.  As a native Nevadan, I was ecstatic to open my tag and find that I was successful this year.  Prior to leaving for my hunt, I gave Rob a call and he gave me a few tips to preserving the cape in the chance that I was successful in filling my tag.  After hunting for five days, I was successful in harvesting my trophy and delivered the cape to Rob the following day.  Rob took the time to find out exactly what I was looking for and how I wanted my mount to be done.  In speaking with Rob I could tell that he was more than just another taxidermist.  He was passionate about his work.  I was lucky enought to stop by his shop a few months later to find Rob in the beginning stages of doing another antelope.  He invited me to watch as he worked.  His time and attention to detail was extremely impressive.

Rob gave me a call the other day to let me know that my antelope was ready.  Upon entering his shop I was amazed at the quality of not only my trophy, but the others he had hanging with it.  If you are looking for just another taxidermist you should probably look elsewhere, but if you are looking for someone to recreate your trophy and someone who is passionate about his work, Rob is the one for you.

The best way I can explain my experience is that Rob CRUSHED my expectations.
